Kohsar Children's Academy
Board of Directors

Our Founder/Director realized very early on that there is a non existential infrastructure of Teacher Training and development in Pakistan. A Bachelor/Master degree does not necessarily mean that someone is equipped to teach a class; as teaching young minds requires additional qualities such as good communication, empathy, patience etc.

For this reason, all our teachers go through  1 year of rigorous teacher training program before they are allowed to take a class independently. Furthermore, all teachers are required to take part in internal and external seminars/training courses.

We also pride ourselves on our experienced teaching staff many of whom have been with our school for more than 20 years.
