Communication to Parents

Teachers are responsible to write reports at least once a month on each student and submit it to the director. The reports include comments on homework completion, grades, attendance, effort, ability, punctuality and participation. The Director of school personally reads all the reports and then follows up with parents in case of any issues.

Furthermore, we also encourage parent teacher communication so that individual progress of each child may be assessed and monitored through the course of their study. To ensure strong liason with parents, KCA has taken the following measures:

  • Annual Parents Orientation
    Quarterly Parent Teacher Meetings
  • State of the art website with real time data regarding attendance, leaves, results, school notifications, leaves etc
  • Individual Feedback on result for each student.
  • Parents Body to communicate the problems/ issues of Parents to school management.
